No more rumors. No more mock drafts or big boards or trade scenarios. It’s draft night, and we are just a couple hours away from the Detroit Lions being on the clock for the first time in the Brad Holmes/Dan Campbell era.
The Lions seemingly have every option on the table currently. They could have their shot at a franchise-changing quarterback. They could possibly get the best wide receiver or offensive tackle in this year’s class. Hell, they could trade all the way back to 28.
It’s simultaneous exciting and terrifying, and what is more Detroit Lions football than those two words combined. That is stasis for me.
The 2021 NFL Draft kicks off at 8 p.m. ET, but why wait until then to get the party started?
