With the 41st pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Detroit Lions have selected Washington defensive tackle Levi Onwuzurike. The Lions continue to build through the trenches after taking offensive tackle Penei Sewell in the first.
Fans were mostly hoping for Notre Dame linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, or one of the few safeties still on the board, but the Lions opted to go big with a defensive tackles with pass rushing capabilities.
