NFL draft results: Detroit Lions close out draft by selecting RB Jermar Jefferson in 7th round

In the Detroit Lions’ trade up with the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round, Detroit also acquired a seventh-round pick, 257th overall.

With their final pick in the 2021 NFL Draft, the Lions have selected Oregon State running back Jermar Jefferson.
