2021 NFL schedule release leaks: Tracking Detroit Lions games, dates

A look at the latest leaks and rumors for the Detroit Lions’ 2021 schedule.

On Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. ET, the Detroit Lions will release their entire schedule for the 2021 NFL season. By the end of the day, we’ll know what new head coach Dan Campbell will be up against in his first season leading the Lions. But as the day progresses, we’ll likely see some of the schedule leaked before then.

Of course, we already know the 14 different teams the Lions will be facing this year, and which games will be home and which will be away. All that remains to be revealed are the dates, times, television schedules, and bye weeks for each team. Players are always eager to hunt down the bye week, while fans are hungry to know how often their team will be broadcast in primetime.

As a reminder, here’s what we know already for the 2021 schedule:

Home opponents: Bears, Packers, Vikings, Cardinals, 49ers, Ravens, Bengals, Eagles
Away opponents: Bears, Packers, Vikings, Browns, Steelers, Seahawks, Rams, Facons, Broncos
