NFL Week 3 picks, predictions against the spread

We’re already three weeks into the 2021 NFL season, and analysts are starting to try and separate the contenders from the pretenders. For a lot of teams, there isn’t much algebra to do. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Los Angeles Rams are clearly both going to be pretty good this year. Oh, and they face off against each other this week, too!

But there are definitely some teams where the jury remains out. Are we believing the 2-0 Oakland Raiders are for real? What to make of the undefeated Broncos with wins over the Jaguars and Giants?

Then there are teams that looked drastically different in Week 1 and Week 2. The Buffalo Bills bounced back after a dismal opener. The New Orleans Saints fell back to reality after walloping the Packers in Week 1. It’s hard to know which teams to trust this early in the season, which is maybe why you see so many differences in our staff’s picks this week.

Here are the only games in which all of us agreed upon (so far):

• Cardinals over Jaguars
• Titans over Colts
• Chiefs over Chargers
• Bills over Football Team
• Broncos over Jets

There’s disagreement in the other 10 games on this week’s NFL schedule.
