Rowe Report: From a no call to a history-making kick, Detroit Lions lose in most Lionsy way ever

From ‘helping’ a kicker make NFL history to booing owners, it’s just a typical day in the world of Lions football.

Note: If you see “This video is unavailable” - everything’s fine, just click “watch on youtube.” The NFL is stingy with where some of its footage can be seen. NO FUN LEAGUE.

You really can’t make this stuff up.

The Detroit Lions lost Sunday afternoon as the Baltimore Ravens kicked a game-winning field goal that made NFL history. Let that sink in.

With a final score of 19-17, kicking god Justin Tucker let ‘er rip — successfully kicking a 66-yard field goal and breaking the league record.

Lions fans worldwide collapsed in shock and despair asking themselves, can you really be that shocked anymore?

In this episode of the Rowe Report, we go over the heartbreak and all the little details that made it so rough. We also touch on Calvin Johnson’s Hall of Fame ceremony and some glass-half-full sentiments.

Did you know that Pride of Detroit has a YouTube page? Well, we do, and if you subscribe to it, you’ll get videos like this before anyone else, and that should make you feel all special inside. You can find The Rowe Report there, some Jerry Mallory, and our weekly PODcast. Subscribe here.
