NFL Week 4 expert picks: Blowouts on the horizon?

Our staff picks all of the 16-game slate for Week 4.

As we get deeper in the 2021 NFL season, the contenders start to separate themselves from the pretenders. Sure, there are some undefeated teams that probably aren’t as good as their record, and I’m sure there’s an 0-3 team or two that will make a serious run at the playoffs (no, probably not the Detroit Lions), but it feels like we’ve got a pretty good hold of most of these teams.

Maybe that’s why our staff picks have converged quite a bit. There are unanimous choices in half of Week 4’s 16 game-slate.

Or maybe it just has to do with the fact that there are some really, really poor matchups this week. Seven of these games have Vegas lines with teams a touchdown favorite or more, including this Thursday night matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals and the winless Jacksonville Jaguars.

Here’s a look at the eight matchups we’re all in agreement on.

And here’s a look at the rest of our picks for the week (our Lions-Bears picks will be revealed on Sunday morning)
