In my opinion, Levi Onwuzurike should be shut down and placed on the PUP/NFI or IR until he's fully recovered from the back injury he's had.

I hate to see a 2nd year player losing time, but I've said it before, the Lions should have beefed up the interior DL with his injury in mind, plus how Michael Brockers played with his nagging injuries last year too. This is a real weakness on the team now.

Can Josh Paschal play inside? Can John Cominsky? Is Isaiah Buggs a possibility to play? What about Demetrius Taylor? If they need more help, it's time to look for it and get it now. Don't let the middle of the defensive line be a big weakness again. Some teams have mammoth guards and tackles that will eat light weight linemen for lunch - giving their team's running backs huge holes to run through.
